The MBA program at CHRIST is a full-time, two-year program with six trimesters. It has a rigorous curriculum that combines core courses and a wide range of elective courses. The first two trimesters are dedicated to core courses, providing students with a strong foundation. In the later trimesters, students have the flexibility to select from six different specializations like Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Human Resource, Lean Operations and Systems, allowing them to align their MBA program to their career goal. We focus on experiential learning with Case methods, simulations, gamification, industry projects, and field studies which encourages active participation and discussions. Students analyze and discuss real-world business cases in class, fostering critical thinking, problem- solving, and decision-making skills which is an integral part of the learning process at the School of Business and Management (SBM). The program aims to cultivate not just business knowledge but also social orientation, leadership qualities and self-awareness among its students. We offer global opportunities to students through exchange programs, allowing students to gain a global perspective on business. SBM prides itself on its diverse and inclusive student community who come from a wide range of academic backgrounds and with prior experience in various industries, contributing to a rich and varied learning environment. With an extensive and influential network of industry experts and alumni, we provide valuable connections and opportunities for students to connect with the industry during corporate interface events and different club activities organized in the school.
