The Department of Sociology and Social Work has numerous accomplishments to its credit. Given below are some of them:
Ranked 6 nation-wide amongst Institutions offering programmes in Social Work in 2020 by India Today
Dr.Victor Paul has been awarded a special Perennial fund for effective delivery of UBA mandate under national level competition among all Participating Institutions of UBA, and announced on 15 th August, 2020 by UBA National Coordinating Institute IIT Delhi .

Department / Faculty Achievements

The Department of Commerce Accountancy is placed among the top ten colleges in the field of Commerce for more than a decade.

In recognition of excellence in the provision of higher education in the fields of financial services, CISI awarded the University with the ‘CISI centre of Excellence Accreditation’, the only university outside the UK which has been conferred with this status.

School of Business and Management Accountants (IMA), USA recognized Department of Commerce as meeting quality standards of IMA’s Higher Education Endorsement Program.

RIDDHI S BOHRA  of II BBA won a silver medal in the 50M BREASTSTROKE & bronze medal in the 100 breaststrokes the 1st KHELO INDIA UNIVERSITY GAMES held at KIT- Bhuvaneshwar, ODISHA

AIL NHRC National Moot Court Competition 2025

The team comprising of Disha R Jain (2250545), and Thanmaya Edula Reddy (2250570) of 6 BBA LLB 'B' have been adjudged as Winners at the AIL-NHRC National Moot Court Competition, 2025 conducted from 23rd January 2025 to 25th January 2025.

1 st RGNUL NATIONAL IP MOOT COURT COMETITION 2025

The team comprising of Ance Rose Jijo (2350510) and Megan Anjali Carvalho (2350543) of 4 BBA LLB 'B' have been adjudged as Winners at the 1st RGNUL National IP Moot Court Competition, 2025.

22nd Surana & Surana National Corporate Moot Court Competition and Judgement Writing Competition

The team comprising of Niranjen Subbu M S (2350244) and Samridh S (2350256) of 4 BA LLB B have been adjudged as Winners at the 22nd Surana & Surana National Corporate Moot Court Competition and Judgement Writing Competition conducted from 7th March 2025 to 9th March 2025.
